Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
- 3/4 oz Amaretto
- 3/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Jay's Wicked Habanero (More or less to taste)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 4 drops Angostura Bitters
- 1 splash Dark Rum
- 1 splash Grenadine
- 1 wedge Fresh Pineapple, charred or grilled

Instructions
- Combine first 10 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds, strain into your favorite cocktail glass with ice. Gently pour the grenadine and let it settle on the bottom, then splash dark rum on top for the float. Garnish with a wedge of charred fresh pineapple.
